• All packages are insured with the USPS.

• Items shipped only after receipt and verification of full payment.

• All items are securely wrapped for shipping

US Customers:

• Actual shipping, handling and insurance costs apply within the Continental US and will be added to your order as follows:

Insurance required on items over $100             Insurance fees: $1.30 $0.01 to $50 $2.20 $50.01 to $100 $3.20 $100 to $200

• Shipping costs are calculated on the total amount of the order.

• SALES TAX

• NYS residents, 8.25% sales tax will be added to your order unless a NYS resale ST-102 form is completed.

• RETURNS and REFUNDS

• We work hard to insure that you'll be happy with your order. But, if for any reason you are not, please email us immediately and refer to the information below:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of original shipment with a (RMA) return material  authorization number only .

• There is a 20% restocking fee.  

• No refunds on shipping costs for returned merchandise will be given.

• Damaged merchandise must be presented to the USPS in its original packaging to initiate a claim.

• Refunds will be paid directly to the buyer by USPS.
